The wannabe professional wrestler from Winnipeg has come a long way from his days wrestling at birthday parties to recently flipping out on his boss because he has to wrestle a ballroom dancer.
Despite all the crap Chris Jericho goes through, he perseveres and continues to grow his legacy as one of the greatest to ever step foot in the squared circle.
His new memoirs, No Is A Four Letter Word: How I Failed Spelling But Succeeded At Life, is not only a continuation from his third autobiography it is also a part of a list, for self-help. Jericho explains how he was able to reach the success he has attained. Jericho did have a bit of luck on his side when trying to get his way on a last minute flight, but the main principles definitely work. Showing up and hard work are key.
Wrestling fans will love the stories Jericho shares on WWE chairman Vince McMahon. If you thought it was smooth sailing after his Brazil incident, far from it. Jericho has a certain level of quality that he demands and it continues to create a lot of friction with McMahon, whom shares his enthusiasm but not his ideas. The idea of Shawn Michaels coming back to help Jericho fight against Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt Family was quickly dismissed as nothing special to the WWE boss.
Jericho’s Fozzy adventures, venturing into the podcast business, the many celebrities he has encountered in his random world trips, you get a lot of funny and interesting stories. Sadly, the book is barely more than 200 pages, he does not discuss the controversy with Kelly Kelly, Brock Lesnar or elaborate on the creation of The List. Apparently, that will be fifth one. In his last three life stories, he followed the timeline past to present, but this time he jumps all over the place that it feels like he missed important events. Podcast only I guess.
If you are a Jerichoholic there is no question this is a must have, you probably bought it twice. You are doing yourself a grave injustice if you start the tale of Jericho here though. His writing is highly addictive as it always keeps you coming back for more.Follow us on Social Media and Share us for channel growth
