Josh Ferguson scores 15 second KO win (BW)

Diego Brandao scores first round KO of Jesse Newell (BW)

John Dodson def. Brandon Merkt via 1st round TKO, big body shot (BW)

Dennis Bermudez took care of a kid for 2 years then found out it wasn’t his. Jimmie Rivera was his opponent and won Round 1 but Bermudez came back to score the 2nd round TKO with punches from the back-mount. (FW)

BJ Ferguson v.  Roland Delorme (Winnipeg) (BW). Delorme won with sweet triangle choke submission in Round 1.

Marcus Brimage v. Bryan Wailehua-Hanson (FW). Mayhem said Brimage looks like Bobby Lashley on crack… and he does. Steve Mazzagatti missed an illegal knee from Brimage that severely rocked Wailehua-Hanson in the first round. Brimage finished the fight with a flurry of punches in the 2nd round to get the TKO win. Another Mazzagatti fuck-up.

Johnny Bedford (BW) def.  Carson Beebe (Chase’s little brother) via 1st round guillotine submission after a punch knockdown.

Dustin Pague def. Tateki Matsuda (1st Japanese fighter on TUF) (BW)  via  majority decision (19-19, 20-18, 20-18)

Paul McVeigh (from Scotland) v. Louis Gaudinot (green hair from Yonkers) (BW). Their fight was the first to get only highlights shown. Went to a draw after 2 rounds, Gaudinot scored TKO win in 3rd round.

Bryan Caraway gets UD win over Eric Marriott, highlights shown, DFW looks unimpressed with lay n’ pray style. (FW)

Justin Neace  def. Josh Clopton via UD. Higlights shown, Bisping and DFW disagree with judges’ decision.(FW). Highlights shown

TJ Dillashaw (Team Alpha Male, 4-0) def. Matt Jaggers (20-7) via TKO R1 (BW)

Steven Siler def. Micah Miller (Cole Miller’s brother, fought in WEC and DREAM) via 3rd round guillotine submission. DFW said Miller could win the whole thing.(FW). Highlights shown

John Albert def. Orville Smith (BW)  via first round RNC submission highlights shown.

Stephen Bass def. Karsten Lenjoint (FW) via triangle choke submission, highlights shown

Akira Corassani (Swedish) def. Brain Pearman via first round KO (FW)

Episode 2- September 28, 2011

All the fighters have a big BBQ

Teams are picked. Bisping wins coin toss, gets first pick, Mayhem gets first fight.

Team Bisping Bantamweights:  1.Louis Gaudinot (BW), 3. TJ Dillashaw  (BW), 5. John Albert (BW), 7. Josh Ferguson (BW).

Team Bisping Featherweights: 1. Diego Brandao, 3. Akira Corassani, 5. Marcus Brimage, 7.Stephen Bass

Team Mayhem Bantamweights:  2. John Dodson (BW), 4. Johnny Bedford (BW), 6. Dustin Pague (BW), 8. Roland Delorme (BW).

Team Mayhem Featherweights:  2. Dennis Bermudez, 4. Bryan Caraway, 6. Dustin Neace, 8. Steven Siler

Mayhem excited about first team practice. Steven Siler gets his nose busted.

Mayhem brings compression suit for his team to help with their recovery.

Mayhem selects: Bryan Caraway (15-5, TEAM Alpha Male, 27 years old) to face Marcus Brimage (3-1, ATT, 26 years old) in first FW fight.

Brimage worried about weight cut, says he entered MMA because of Rampage Jackson and Dragon Ball Z.

Team Mayhem wheels tons of tires into Team Bisping’s locker room.

Bisping team sings at the weigh-ins, Caraway doesn’t like it.

Round 1: Caraway spends entire round on Marcus Brimage’s back looking for a rear-naked choke but can’t secure it.

Round 2: Marcus Brimage lands a good knee to the body and avoids some bad situations on the ground and gets to his feet. Bryan Caraway eventually manages to take his back and secure the RNC for the submission win.

Bryan Caraway advances to semi-finals of Featherweight TUF 14 tournament with a 2nd round RNC submission win over Marcus Brimage
